  8. careful. That's the lesson in a 60-page report that found New
  9. England Patriots players Zeke Mowatt, Michael Timpson and
  10. Robert Perryman guilty of "improper" conduct toward Boston
  11. Herald reporter Lisa Olson as she conducted postgame
  12. interviews. The National Football League fined Mowatt $12,500
  13. and Timpson and Perryman $5,000 each. The Patriots management
  14. was fined $25,000 for reacting too slowly to the incident, plus
  15. an extra $25,000 to help pay for new N.F.L. instruction
  16. materials on dealing with the media.
